Gâteau Chocolat Et Marmelade Abricots...Chocolate Cake With Apricots Jam...(Recipe In English)...

Try this delicious chocolate cake with apricots marmelade.

(for convenience let’s use a yoghurt pot for measure)
1 pot white yoghurt cream,
1 pot sugar,
3 pots flour,
1 pot extra-virgin olive oil,
1 pot sugarless cocoa,
3 eggs average size,
1 packet baking powder,
pot bottom of rum,
Ingredients for the filling :
150 g  apricot extra jam,
300 g dark chocolate 70%,
200 ml fresh cream,
30 g butter.

Crumble the chocolate while boil cream and butter in a pan.
When it boils remove from heat and add chocolate, stirring with a wooden spoon until it becomes a smooth and homogeneous cream( you can use the mixer). Leave it until you need to fill.
Preheat oven at 160°C. 
Mix all ingredients together with the mixer adding baking powder at the end, 
a minute before putting in the oven. Put the compound in a buttered baking tray and 
put in the oven for about 25/30 minutes.
Let the cake cool a bit, cut two slices and spread a layer of apricot extra jam and one of melted chocolate. Close the cake and, if you like, cover it with the filling left, or a little cocoa powder, some icing sugar or crumbled chocolate.
